At Soko Freshy, we are committed to providing you with the freshest, highest-quality vegetables. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we operate a strict no-refund policy and offer replacements only where applicable. Your satisfaction remains our priority. Please review our refund and return policy below:
1. Quality Assurance and Freshness

We take great care in delivering fresh, high-quality vegetables. If you receive items that are damaged, spoiled, or not in the expected condition, please contact us immediately.

Any issues such as wilting, discoloration, or spoilage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Replacements
- Damaged or Defective Items: If items arrive damaged or spoiled, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. You may be required to provide photo evidence to support your claim.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong items, please notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange for the correct items to be delivered as a replacement.
- Non-Perishable or Unopened Items: Unopened and unused non-perishable items (such as packaged herbs or preserved products) may qualify for a replacement within 24 hours of delivery.
3. No Refund Policy
- Soko Freshy does not offer refunds under any circumstances. All valid claims will be resolved through product replacement only.
4. Return Guidelines
- Fresh Vegetables: Due to their perishable nature, fresh vegetables are not eligible for return, unless they are confirmed to be damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Condition of Items: Where a return is necessary for replacement processing, items must remain in the condition they were delivered (unused and in original packaging where applicable).
- Returns will be arranged on a case-by-case basis. If a return is necessary, we will guide you through the process.
5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as we begin processing your order immediately.

Approved cancellations within this window may be issued as store credit or order adjustment.
